A Warm Welcome in Vietnam

We had a great first day working with our partner organization, FPT Telecom! We showed up bright and early, and were surprised to see that they had hung a glorious banner welcoming us to their office; it was such a nice thing for them to do, and definitely started things out on a great note. We spent the day touring the facility and meeting with different people to learn more about the organization. They also took us out to an awesome Vietnamese lunch, which was a blast.
Tomorrow is a big one – we’re running focus groups to learn more about their customers and (hopefully) glean some good information. I’ll keep posting…check back!
